Zaidi Immigration Solicitors provide advice and assistance in respect of the new Tier 1 Entrepreneur visas. In order to qualify for this visa it is necessary to have access to investment funds of not less than £ 200,000.00 or £50,000.00 from recognised institutions as set out in the Immigration rules. The funds must be held in a financial institution such as a bank and the funds must be disposable. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurs wishing to invest in the UK economy.
If you wish to visit the UK to attend the Olympics or Paralympic Games we are in a position to assist with your visa applications.
Zaidi Immigration Lawyers also provide advice and representation to clients wishing to get married in the UK. The certificate of approval scheme has now been abolished and an in theory an applicant is free to marry in the UK. In practice if an applicant has limited or no leave to remain in the UK it is possible that his or her proposed marriage may be considered a sham or marriage of convenience. In this situation the UKBA may detain and remove this applicant from the UK.
Clients wishing to remain in the UK may consider making an application for an extension of stay (leave to remain application) on the basis of marriage and compassionate / exceptional circumstances and other categories.
If you have been lawfully residing in the UK for 10 years or been unlawfully in the UK for 14 years it may be possible to apply for ILR.
If you been served with a deportation order or removal directions then it may be possible to appeal against the decision or cancel or suspend proposed removal from the UK.
Zaidi Immigration Solicitors specialise in providing advice and assistance in respect of all Immigration appeals. We deal with entry clearance appeals (leave to enter) and leave to remain cases. Our service includes completing the notice of appeal forms, preparation of grounds of appeal, preparation of the Immigration appeal and instructing Barristers to attend the Tribunal.
Our Immigration Solicitors can assist you in relation to your Immigration appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) or Judicial Review to High Court against the Home Office or Entry Clearance Officer's Immigration decision if your application for leave to enter (entry clearance/visa) or leave to remain (application to the Home Office for extension of stay) has been refused.
